The Johnson City Police Department is home to approximately 180 sworn officers and civilian employees who are dedicated to protecting the community. Officers are selected through a careful screening and rigorous testing process. When the very best officers are chosen, they are welcomed to a family-like environment where officer safety and access to proper tools are top priorities.

The training facility and opportunities ensure officers are prepared for the challenges they face on a daily basis or may encounter at any time.
